Want to order specific content?

To find content quickly, use the voice command, then select Order or Preorder.

  1. In the TV Guide, access a pay-per-view channel.
  2. Select the content you want, then select Order or Preorder.
  3. Confirm the price and the order (or preorder).

Be ready to watch content you ordered by setting up reminders that will appear on your screen during the live broadcast.

To view content you ordered, use the voice command and say, “Purchases.”

  1. Press the HELIX button on your remote and select Saved.
  2. Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to watch.

How to cancel an order before its broadcast

Cancel easily with voice command

To cancel an order, say “Purchases” and select the ordered content, then Cancel Order.

  1. Press the HELIX button on your remote and select Saved.
  2. Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to cancel.
  3. Choose Cancel Order and confirm your selection.

You have until 21 minutes before the end of the event to order it.

Yes. You can rewind, fast-forward, or stop the broadcast of your fight. You also have a rental period of 48 hours starting from the beginning of the fight’s broadcast.

No. Orders are terminal specific. If you place the same order on two terminals, you will be charged twice.

Yes. If you don’t cancel your order, it will be charged to your monthly invoice.

No. À la carte TV is available with a Helix TV terminal only.

Yes. You have until the scheduled broadcast time to cancel the order for pay-per-view content. Once the broadcast has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
