To find content quickly, use the voice command, then select Order or Preorder.

- In the TV Guide, access a pay-per-view channel.
- Select the content you want, then select Order or Preorder.
- Confirm the price and the order (or preorder).

To view content you ordered, use the voice command and say, “Purchases.”
Finding content from the main menu
- Press the HELIX button on your remote and select Saved.
- Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to watch.
How to cancel an order before its broadcast
Cancel easily with voice command
To cancel an order, say “Purchases” and select the ordered content, then Cancel Order.
Cancelling an order from the main menu
- Press the HELIX button on your remote and select Saved.
- Under the Purchases tab, select the content you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel Order and confirm your selection.
You have until the scheduled broadcast time to cancel the order for pay-per-view content. Once the broadcast has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

You have until 21 minutes before the end of the event to order it.
Yes. You can rewind, fast-forward, or stop the broadcast of your fight. You also have a rental period of 48 hours starting from the beginning of the fight’s broadcast.
No. Orders are terminal specific. If you place the same order on two terminals, you will be charged twice.
Yes. If you don’t cancel your order, it will be charged to your monthly invoice.
No. À la carte TV is available with a Helix TV terminal only.

We had to make adjustments to certain replay and viewing history features on our platforms to meet technical requirements related to a technological invention patent.
These changes are necessary to maintain access to the programming you love. All other features and full access to our catalogue remain available.
What features are affected?
Helix
- Removal of the resume viewing feature on all Helix platforms. However, for a completed episode, the next one will be offered for viewing from the beginning (Save/For you).
- Removal of the viewing progress bars from menus.
- Removal of the automatic launch of next episode (except for iOS and tvOS).
Illico+
- Viewing carrousel now leads to the series' homepage (no more direct launch).
- Removal of the "Resume" and "Watch" buttons from a series' homepage.
- Removal of the automatic launch of next episode options.
Illico
- Resume viewing (VOD): now leads to the show's homepage (no more direct launch of an episode).
- Removal of the automatic launch of next episode after pressing STOP.
- Recordings: you have to go through the list of episodes to start watching an episode (even for a single episode).
