Activation Fee
This limited-time offer applies to new Videotron Residential customers who subscribe online to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $40, and to existing Residential customers who change or upgrade their device online. Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of activation, a credit for the activation fee for a new Line, a device change, or upgrade (up to $70 value) will be applied to the customer's invoice. Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, including activation fees and device upgrade or change fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
5G and 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. Multi-product discount
The multi-product discount consists of granting a monthly discount of $10 per Mobile Line, on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly payment ranging from $50 to $60 (before any discount or credit); or $15 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $70 (before any discount or credit), when customer also subscribes to an eligible Internet service. Multiline discount
The multiline discount is conditional upon the presence of at least two (2) Mobile plans with data on the account. Take-back Credit
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers who purchase a device, with the Take-back Credit option, when the purchase is combined with a subscription to a Mobile plan, with a 24-month agreement. The minimum monthly payment varies depending on the device purchased. The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan, as well as the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly credit for 24 months, the amount of which varies according to the device model, conditional upon device being returned to a Videotron store, in good condition, within the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement.
