This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. It consists of offering customer who trades in an eligible device, with the Take-back Credit and Trade-in Credit options, the purchase of an Apple iPhone 16 128 GB device for $15/month, when the purchase is combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement. The customer gets a credit when trading in an eligible device with a minimum value of $300, as part of the Videotron Trade-in program, and a Take-back Credit of $342, which makes it possible to reduce the amount of the 24 monthly payments related to the purchase of the device. The offer also includes a monthly discount of $10 for three (3) months on the “Same Plan, Same Number” smartwatch plan when paired with an eligible Mobile plan with data. The price of the mobile device, without an agreement, is $1,002, and the monthly rate for the “Same Plan, Same Number” plan is $10 (before any discounts or credits, and excluding add-ons, miscellaneous fees, and taxes).
Conditions related to the purchase of the device: The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, with a 24-month agreement and the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly discount, valid for 24 months, of $14.25 (on the device), conditional upon customer returning the device, in good condition, to a Videotron store, in the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. The conditions, requirements to be met, and necessary preparation for an acceptable return are available at: videotron.com/en/mobile/take-back-credit. Conditions related to the Trade-in program: The trade-in must be done in-store. As part of this offer, the trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC. The minimum value of the trade-in device must be $300 for the customer to take advantage of the offer. The value of the trade-in device will be applied as a credit spread over 24 months. The trade-in value determined is definitive and non-negotiable, and shall not exceed $1,600. If customer returns their new device purchased as part of this offer, their old device traded in will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Conditions related to the smartwatch: When bringing their own watch, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their watch and associated mobile device are compatible at all times with Videotron’s network and platforms, as well as with Videotron’s partner service providers. The Apple Watch must be connected to an iPhone (the watch does not work with other brands of mobile devices). Customers must subscribe to an eligible Videotron Mobile plan with data to subscribe to a smartwatch plan with Videotron. The smartwatch plan includes an eSIM and applies to Apple Watches only. The customer may still use their watch in another country, however, to receive or make calls, receive or send text messages, and use data, but their mobile device must be nearby. This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers. It consists of offering the Canada–US 75 GB Mobile plan for $35 per month when combined with an eligible Internet plan, when the customer subscribes to at least two (2) Mobile plans. It consists of offering the customer the Canada–International 45 GB Mobile plan for $60 per month when combined with an eligible Internet plan, when the customer subscribes to at least two (2) Mobile plans.

Activation Fee
This limited-time offer applies to new Videotron Residential customers who subscribe online to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $40, and to existing Residential customers who change or upgrade their device online. Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of activation, a credit for the activation fee for a new Line, a device change, or upgrade (up to $70 value) will be applied to the customer's invoice. Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, including activation fees and device upgrade or change fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
5G and 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. Multiservice discount
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service.
