How to subscribe to Vrai

On Helix TV
Accessing Vrai
Say “Vrai” or the title of the show you want to watch.
You can also press the HELIX key, go to the Apps section, and select Vrai.
From the Helix TV app
If you’re a Helix TV or illico subscriber, you can access Vrai on a computer or mobile device using the Helix TV app.
- Log in to Helix TV Web (on a computer) or download the Helix TV app (on a mobile device) from Google Play or the App Store.
- Go to the Browse section and select Vrai.

On illico TV
To access Vrai on your TV, press the yellow 900 button on your remote or go to channel 900.
Vrai can be accessed only on TVs equipped with new generation terminals (Samsung, Cisco and Technicolor). The manufacturer is listed on the front of the device.
From QUB
Log in to the QUB app or QUB website, go to the video section, and select Vrai.
Warning: Make sure to disable your ad blocker so you can view Vrai content on your computer.
How to search for Vrai content
On Helix TV
Say the title of the program you’re looking for using the voice command.
You can also press the HELIX key, select the magnifying glass icon, then enter the title you’re looking for.
Good to know
On Helix TV or illico TV, you can add content from Vrai to your Favourites for easy retrieval.
On illico TV
Press the magnifying glass 
key on your remote and enter the title of the show you want to watch.
On the QUB app and QUB website
Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner and enter the title of the program you’re looking for.
Frequently asked questions about how Vrai works
It depends on the platform you’re using.
- Helix TV: Watching uses Internet data, but because you have an unlimited plan, you don’t have to worry.
- illico TV: Watching doesn’t use Internet data.
- Helix TV Web, Helix TV app, QUB website, or QUB app: Watching uses Internet or mobile data.

If you watch Vrai on the Helix TV app or the QUB app, you can stream Vrai content on the screen of your choice using Google Chromecast or Apple AirPlay.
With Helix TV and the Helix TV app, up to five simultaneous video streams are possible.
With illico TV and through the QUB app, you can watch Vrai on just one device at a time, under one account.
