We strongly recommend that you change your email password on a regular basis. For example, you could change it every three months or every season. When you are assigned a new temporary password, be sure to change it immediately. Lastly, it may be easier and more convenient to memorize or keep your passwords secure in specially designed software.

How do I change my email password?
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Centre. If you aren’t already registered, you’ll first need to complete your registration.
- Go to Your Videotron services section.
- Locate the Webmail section and click Manage your Webmail accounts.
- Select the email account for which you forgot your password and click the Change Password link.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Click SAVE.
If you’re using a messaging software, consider updating your password to restore the email account’s functioning.
