This offer, which ends on September 1st, 2026, applies exclusively to the recipient of this letter, and is non-transferable. This offer applies to new Videotron customers who reside at eligible addresses and who subscribe to Helix Internet. Customers who are already subscribed to a Videotron Internet or TV service are not eligible for this offer. Some addresses, due to a move, are not eligible for this offer. The offer entails: (a) a lifetime promotional discount of $23 per month, conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to a Helix Internet plan with a minimum monthly service rate (before any promotional discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes) of $83; (b) a $75 credit on subscription to a Helix GIGA Internet, 2 GIGA Internet or 2.5 GIGA Internet plan, or to a Helix 500 Internet, GIGA Internet, 2 GIGA Internet or 2.5 GIGA Internet plan combined with a Helix TV 5 channel choices or more plan. The credit will be applied to the customer’s invoice within one hundred and twenty (120) days of subscription; and (c) the rental of the Helix Fi gateway, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and gateway models may vary. The Unlimited GIGA Internet plan is available only where access and technology permit. Maximum Internet speed at the gateway is 1 Gbps for downloads, and 50 Mbps for uploads. Internet speed may vary depending on the customer’s gateway, technical configuration, plan purchased, wired and wireless equipment, personal use, environment, Internet and server traffic, simultaneous use with the Helix TV service (if applicable) and other factors. Services, conditions, and rates may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers. Self-installation of equipment is offered free of charge to all customers who subscribe to Helix services (Internet and TV), where access and technology permit. Installation fees of $99 extra, if required.
