For a limited time, when you subscribe online to one of our selected Helix plans, we give you a gift card to spend at the participating merchant of your choice, including Cineplex, Metro, Super C, Brunet, Simons, and Strøm Nordic Spa.
How to take advantage of this offer
- Select the Helix plan of your choice and complete your subscription online on the Videotron website.
- Within 120 days of activating your Helix subscription, you’ll receive an email with a list of partner merchants. You will have 60 days to choose a merchant from the list by replying to the email received.
- You will receive your gift card by email within four days of your reply.
- You will be able to use your gift card in person, by displaying it on your phone for the merchant to scan the barcode, or online, by entering the card and PIN number in the gift card field.
How to take advantage of this offer
You will receive an email from our partner UGO with a list of the participating retailers within 120 days of your Helix activation. You will then have 60 days to reply to the email with your choice of merchant for your gift card. We will send you your gift card by email within four days of receiving your choice.

If you do not respond to the email requesting your merchant choice within 60 days of receipt, you will lose the privilege related to the gift card and will not be entitled to any compensation.

This offer applies to new Videotron customers who reside at eligible addresses and who subscribe to Helix Internet GIGA plan, online at videotron.com.
