Use the illico+ Web platform

There are two ways to access illico+ on the Web. Choose the one that matches your subscription.

With a Helix TV plan

Log in to the Helix TV app on the Web with your My account credentials. In the Browse section, select illico+.

With an illico TV plan or the illico+ app only

Log in to the illico+ Web platform with your Customer Centre or illico+ credentials.

illico+ offers a multitude of French-language content, including original productions, U.S. and foreign series, recent films, crime and investigation documentaries, reality shows, comedy and more.

Are you a Helix TV or TV App subscriber? Here’s how to access illico+.

On a TV connected to the Helix TV terminal (Helix TV plan required)

  1. Tap the HELIX button.
  2. Go to the Apps section and select illico+.

On a mobile device or a computer

Launch the Helix TV app or log in to the Helix TV app platform on the Web. In the Browse section, select illico+.

From a TV connected to an illico New Generation terminal (illico TV plan required)

  1. Go to channel 900.
  2. Select illico+.

Only illico terminals from Cisco and Technicolor and 4K terminals provide access to illico+. View terminal models.

Frequently asked questions about illico+

It depends on your subscription option.

  • Helix TV or TV App plans: You can watch on up to five devices simultaneously.
  • illico TV or All-Inclusive Mobile plans: You can only watch on one device at a time.
  • Club illico without a TV or Mobile plan: You can watch on up to two devices at a time.

The selection of content depends on the broadcast rights we obtain from content providers. Our goal is always to carry all seasons of a series, but sometimes the broadcast rights expire or there’s a delay in getting more seasons.

Of course. If you aren’t subscribed to Helix TV or illico TV, you can subscribe directly to the illico+ application.

If your terminal model is compatible and you don’t see illico+ on channel 900, contact Technical Support.

We had to make adjustments to certain replay and viewing history features on our platforms to meet technical requirements related to a technological invention patent.

These changes are necessary to maintain access to the programming you love. All other features and full access to our catalogue remain available.

What features are affected? 

Helix 

  • Removal of the resume viewing feature on all Helix platforms. However, for a completed episode, the next one will be offered for viewing from the beginning (Save/For you).
  • Removal of the viewing progress bars from menus.
  • Removal of the automatic launch of next episode (except for iOS and tvOS).

Illico+

  • Viewing carrousel now leads to the series' homepage (no more direct launch).
  • Removal of the "Resume" and "Watch" buttons from a series' homepage.
  • Removal of the automatic launch of next episode options.

Illico

  • Resume viewing (VOD): now leads to the show's homepage (no more direct launch of an episode).
  • Removal of the automatic launch of next episode after pressing STOP.
  • Recordings: you have to go through the list of episodes to start watching an episode (even for a single episode).

Are these changes temporary?

We are currently unable to provide a specific timeline, but rest assured that this is not a permanent situation. Our teams are actively working to further develop our platforms and improve your user experience.
