Front view

1. Status LED 
   Indicator light that shows the gateway’s status. For more details on its colours, refer to the page What the LED lights on the Helix Fi gateway mean.

Back view

1. WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) and restart button  
   Enables you to easily and securely connect devices to a protected Wi-Fi network without having to manually enter the network’s name and password and to reset the gateway to factory settings. See how to do it.
2. Telephone cord inputs (2)  
   Enable you to connect two telephones using a telephone cord (these inputs are not used for Videotron’s Home Phone Service, which currently uses another technology).
3. Ethernet ports (4)  
   Enable you to physically connect a device to the Internet, off the Wi-Fi network, using an Ethernet cable.
4. Power supply input  
   Enables you to connect the gateway to a power outlet that isn’t connected to a dimmer or switch.
5. Coaxial cable input  
   Enables you to connect the gateway to a coaxial outlet.

Bottom view

1. Network Name (SSID)  
   Wi-Fi network’s default name.
2. Password  
   Default password to connect to your Wi-Fi network for the first time.
3. SN  
   Device’s serial number.
4. CM MAC  
   Gateway’s MAC address.
5. MTA MAC  
   MAC address for telephone services.
