Press 1 to listen to your new or saved messages.

Sub-options

While listening or immediately after, choose one of the following options:

Go back a few seconds

Pause the message for a few seconds or resume playback

Skip a few seconds

Go back to the beginning of the message

Hear the previous message

Hear the details of the message (date, time, and caller’s number)

Forward this message to one or several other phone numbers

Delete the message

Leave a message in the caller’s voicemail (only works if the caller subscribes to Videotron’s voicemail service).

Recording and sending a message

Press 2 to record a message and send it to one or more recipients at a time.

Choosing the recipient

Enter the phone number of the first recipient, then choose one of the following options:

1 Send the message to a single number

2 Send the message to multiple numbers

3 Exclusive to Voicemail Plus subscribers: Send the message to a contact list

* Return to the main menu

Recording a message

Record your message, press # to end the recording, then choose one of the following options:

1 Re-record the message

2 Hear the message

3 Send the message

* Cancel and return to the previous menu

1 Enable or disable the mention of detailed information (date and time) before a message is played

5 Language — Change the language of the voice instructions

6 Exclusive to Voicemail Plus subscribers: Distribution list configuration — Choose one of the following options:

1 Create

2 Listen to the configured lists

3 Modify

4 Delete

8 Text notifications — Choose one of the following options:

1 Enable or disable notifications

2 Send a text notification

9 Message notifications
