Press 1 to listen to your new or saved messages.
Sub-options
While listening or immediately after, choose one of the following options:
Recording and sending a message
Press 2 to record a message and send it to one or more recipients at a time.
Choosing the recipient
Enter the phone number of the first recipient, then choose one of the following options:
1 Send the message to a single number
2 Send the message to multiple numbers
3 Exclusive to Voicemail Plus subscribers: Send the message to a contact list
* Return to the main menu
Recording a message
Record your message, press # to end the recording, then choose one of the following options:
1 Re-record the message
2 Hear the message
3 Send the message
* Cancel and return to the previous menu
Managing your greetings
Press 3 to manage your voicemail greetings.
Sub-options
To determine the type of voicemail greeting you want to edit, choose one of the following options:
1 Personal greeting
2 Exclusive to Voicemail Plus subscribers: Extended greeting message
3 System greeting which uses your name

1 Manage the PIN authentication feature — Choose one of the following options:
1 Enable or disable the PIN skip option

5 Language — Change the language of the voice instructions

1 Create

8 Text notifications — Choose one of the following options:
1 Enable or disable notifications
2 Send a text notification
9 Message notifications

Accessing another mailbox
Press 5 to access another phone line’s mailbox.
Dial the 10-digit number of the mailbox you want to access.

Go back a few seconds
Pause the message for a few seconds or resume playback
Skip a few seconds
Go back to the beginning of the message
Hear the previous message
Hear the details of the message (date, time, and caller’s number)
Forward this message to one or several other phone numbers
Delete the message
Leave a message in the caller’s voicemail (only works if the caller subscribes to Videotron’s voicemail service).
Slow down the playback speed
Accelerate the playback speed
Save the message
Access the complete list of options
