150 GB Canada-US at $45/month + $50 credit
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential Internet customers who subscribe to Mobility or who add a Mobile Line to their services. The offer entails a $50 credit upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $60 (before any discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes). The 150 GB Canada–US Mobile plan is available at a monthly service rate of $45 when paired with an eligible Internet service and when there are at least two (2) Mobile Lines on the account. Customer must have a compatible device. Conditions related to the credit: The total amount of $50 will be credited to the fourth monthly invoice following the activation of the new Mobile Line and is conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to the initial Mobile plan. Multiservice discount: The multiservice discount consists of granting a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate of $30 (before any discount or credit); a discount of $10 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate ranging from $50 to $60 (before any discount or credit); or a discount of $15 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $70 (before any discount or credit), when customer also subscribes to an eligible Internet service. Multiline discount: The multiline discount is conditional upon the presence of at least two (2) Mobile plans with data on the account. Customer is granted a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, up to a maximum of seven (7) Lines, for Lines with data registered to their account. Conditions related to the Mobile plan: The Canada–US plan includes unlimited local and long-distance calls anywhere in Canada and the United States, and between the two countries. Use of the plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the United States for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage in the United States exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privilege entirely. The Canada–US plan is not applicable on cruise ships and in areas that are not supported by a partner operator (offshore areas), and additional fees will be charged to the customer on a per-use basis. Options, data overage charges, and charges for calls, texts, data, and other out-of-plan charges are not included. Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
5G and 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. The 5G+ network is currently available in certain areas of the Greater Québec City area, as well as the Greater Montréal area and its surrounding regions. For more details: videotron.com/mobilite/5g.
Multi-product discount
The multi-product discount consists of granting a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly payment of $30 (before any discount or credit); or $10 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly payment ranging from $50 to $60 (before any discount or credit); or $15 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $70 (before any discount or credit), when customer also subscribes to an eligible Internet service. Multiline discount
The multiline discount is conditional upon the presence of at least two (2) Mobile plans with data on the account. Customer is granted a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, up to a maximum of seven (7) Lines, for Lines with data registered to their account. It is possible that these offers cannot be combined with other special offers and may entail a credit check. Certain conditions apply.
No speed slowdown
Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down your data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling service is offered to Videotron customers who own a device compatible with the aforementioned technology. To subscribe to this service, customers must activate the Wi-Fi Calling function in their device’s settings, and accept the service’s terms of use. Wi-Fi calls require a connection to a wired Wi-Fi network in order to allow for signal transmission; therefore, it is impossible to use Wi-Fi Calling when on-board means of transport (trains, buses, airplanes, boats, etc.), or to make Wi-Fi Calls using a shared connection. All use of the Wi-Fi Calling service will be deducted from the minutes included in your Mobile plan. If your plan does not include unlimited minutes, you may incur fees for exceeding minutes. Use of the Wi-Fi Calling service for video calling incurs Internet data consumption, which will be deducted from the Internet plan belonging to the Wi-Fi signal provider. Invoicing rules may vary according to the customer’s location when making Wi-Fi calls. Specific limitations apply to Emergency 911 services.
