Canada-US 100 GB Mobile plan at $35/month
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who add a Mobile Line to their services. It consists of offering the Canada–US 100 GB Mobile plan for $35 per month when combined with an eligible Internet plan, when the customer subscribes to at least two (2) Mobile plans. Multiservice discount: The multiservice discount consists of granting a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate of $30 (before any discount or credit); a discount of $10 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate ranging from $50 to $60 (before any discount or credit); or a discount of $15 on subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $70 (before any discount or credit), when customer also subscribes to an eligible Internet service. Multiline discount: The multiline discount is conditional upon the presence of at least two (2) Mobile plans with data on the account. Customer is granted a monthly discount of $5 per Mobile Line, up to a maximum of seven (7) Lines, for Lines with data registered to their account. Conditions related to the Mobile plan: Customer receives a $5 monthly discount, conditional upon maintenance of a subscription to the Canada–US 75 GB Mobile plan. This plan includes unlimited local and long-distance calls anywhere in Canada and to the US. Use of the plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the United States for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage in the United States exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privileg entirely. The Canada–US plan is not applicable on cruise ships and in areas that are not supported by a partner operator (offshore areas), and additional fees will be charged to the customer on a per-use basis. Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
5G and 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. Multi-product discount

Take-back Credit
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers who purchase a device, with the Take-back Credit option, when the purchase is combined with a subscription to a Mobile plan, with a 24-month agreement. The minimum monthly payment varies depending on the device purchased. The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan, as well as the Videotron Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly credit for 24 months, the amount of which varies according to the device model, conditional upon device being returned to a Videotron store, in good condition, within the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. The conditions, requirements to be met, and preparation for an acceptable return are available here. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be applied to the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining device-related payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply. If the customer does not return the device purchased with the Take-back Credit, the entirety of the credit granted shall be paid back. This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. The offer entails savings of more than $400 upon purchase of an eligible new Samsung device, with the Trade-in Credit, when the purchase is combined with an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59, and a 24-month agreement. The customer gets: (i) a Trade-in Credit of minimum $30 when trading in an eligible Samsung device, as part of the Videotron Trade-in Program; and (ii) an increased value of $400 for the device traded in in-store. New devices eligible for this offer are: Samsung Galaxy S26 ($1,398), Galaxy S26+ ($1,680), Galaxy S26 Ultra ($2,052), Galaxy S26 FE ($1,050), Galaxy Z Flip8 ($1,554), Galaxy Z Fold8 ($2,400), and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra ($2,700). The device values set out are without an agreement, before any discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes. The new device purchased is covered by a three (3) year warranty of good working order. Conditions related to the Trade-in Program: The trade-in must be done in-store. As part of this offer, the trade-in value of the device is calculated by Videotron Ltd. The minimum value of the trade-in Samsung device must be $30 for the customer to take advantage of the offer. The value of the trade-in device will be applied as a credit spread over 24 months.
