Gift cards are offered as part of special promotions, subject to certain conditions. To find out if you are eligible, see the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of a specific offer.

How soon will I receive my gift card?

The gift card will be given in three steps:

1. Within 90 days of your activation, our partner UGO will send you a list of eligible retailers by email.
2. You will then have 30 days to reply to the email with your choice of merchant for your gift card.
3. We will send you your gift card by email within four days of receiving your choice.

Can I use my gift card at more than one merchant?

No. You must choose only one merchant from the list for your gift card.

Can I make multiple transactions with my gift card?

No. The gift card can only be used for one transaction and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What happens if I do not submit my merchant selection within the 30 days?

If you do not respond to the email requesting your merchant choice within 30 days of receipt, you will lose the privilege related to the gift card and will not be entitled to any compensation.
