How to use Visual Voicemail for Android

Videotron Visual Voicemail for Android has been discontinued. Customers can instead use the built-in visual voicemail features available on certain compatible devices.

Galaxy A15 devices and later models, Galaxy S23 devices and later models, Galaxy Z Flip5 devices and later models, as well as Galaxy Z Fold5 devices and later models may support Direct Voicemail.

Google Pixel 6 phones and later models may support Take a Message

To change your Voicemail PIN, launch the app and follow these steps:

1. Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen to access Settings section.
2. Select Update next to the Voicemail PIN option.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your PIN.

To adjust the notification settings, launch the app and follow these steps:

1. Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen to access Settings section.
2. Touch the toggle button to turn notifications of new messages on or off depending on your preference.

It is also possible to activate or deactivate Vibration mode as well as modify the Notification Tone.
