Each certified refurbished phone comes with a certified USB cable.

Our certification process includes a series of tests that each device must pass 100% before it can be sold as a certified refurbished phone by Videotron. In this way, we ensure that the performance is equivalent to that of a new phone.

Battery life may vary depending on prior usage. When certifying the device, we ensure that the battery is operating at at least 80% of its initial capacity. If not, we will replace it with a new battery. Certified refurbished phones have not been repaired, remanufactured, or refurbished by the original manufacturers.

Yes. A subscription to a Videotron Mobile plan is required to purchase a phone.

Compatible Mobile plans may vary depending on the phone chosen. For example, only plans with a minimum monthly service rate of $50 may be available with certain cell phones. Once your phone has been selected, the choice of plans offered will adjust automatically.

If you are a new Mobile customer and you get your phone from one of our stores, your service is automatically activated. If you get your phone by mail and want to receive calls on your new phone, you may finalize the activation of your mobile phone, before the system does so automatically, by calling 1-877-477-5757 or accessing the “Complete your mobile service activation” functionality in the Mobile section of the Customer Centre.
