Yes. Videotron offers a 1-year basic warranty on refurbished devices.
Your phone will be carefully slipped into a protective pouch before being packed in one of our eco-friendly, fully recyclable cardboard boxes.
Each certified refurbished phone comes with a certified USB cable.
Our certification process includes a series of tests that each device must pass 100% before it can be sold as a certified refurbished phone by Videotron. In this way, we ensure that the performance is equivalent to that of a new phone.
Battery life may vary depending on prior usage. When certifying the device, we ensure that the battery is operating at at least 80% of its initial capacity. If not, we will replace it with a new battery. Certified refurbished phones have not been repaired, remanufactured, or refurbished by the original manufacturers.
Yes. A subscription to a Videotron Mobile plan is required to purchase a phone.
Compatible Mobile plans may vary depending on the phone chosen. For example, only plans with a minimum monthly service rate of $50 may be available with certain cell phones. Once your phone has been selected, the choice of plans offered will adjust automatically.
If you are a new Mobile customer and you get your phone from one of our stores, your service is automatically activated. If you get your phone by mail and want to receive calls on your new phone, you may finalize the activation of your mobile phone, before the system does so automatically, by calling 1-877-477-5757 or accessing the “Complete your mobile service activation” functionality in the Mobile section of the Customer Centre.
If you already are a Mobile customer with another provider, you must request a number transfer from that provider. See the procedure.
If you have a new phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and it will activate automatically.
If you are keeping your current phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and call our toll-free automated activation service: 1-833-657-5507.

Conditions
The advertised price corresponds to the purchase of a mobile device with Videotron’s Simplified Payment option, on subscription to a plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $45 and a 24-month agreement. In the event that customer cancels their agreement before the end of the 24-month period, they will have to pay the balance of the payments. If the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discount multiplied by the number of months remaining will apply.
